How do I use my gift voucher?

First of all select your purchase(s) and add it to your cart.  Then  click on the "CART" button to the left of your screen.  You will see a box where you can enter the code that you received with your voucher.  (Please make sure you click on the CART button and not the CHECKOUT button.) 

 

 

How do I use my discount voucher? 

Begin by browsing our store.  Make your selections and click to add them to your cart.  Then  click on the "CART" button to the left of your screen.  You will see a box where you can enter the discount code .  (Please make sure you click on the CART button and not the CHECKOUT button.) 

  

Is it possible to have gift wrapping (and/or a personal message delivered) with my order?
Yes.  When you get to the checkout you will see a box to tick if you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped.  You will then be asked if you would like to add a personal message.  Your personalised message will be written on to a gift card and if selected, the item(s) ordered will be individually gift wrapped before being placed in their shipping parcel.  If your delivery address is different to your own address we don't normally ship cost details with your order, but you can view (or print) an Invoice following checkout, or within the My Account section of our website.  At the moment there is no charge for the gift wrapping service or the card.  The wrapping paper we use is fairly traded and hand made in Nepal.

  

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - what happens now?
Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery, based on the delivery service chosen.  After this, if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us using our Enquiry Form. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we'll endeavour to work with our delivery partners to trace the parcel and ensure the prompt arrival of your products.

Do you ship internationally?
In addition to Ireland and United Kingdom, we deliver to over 30 other countries. We also accept international orders from these countries, perfect for giving gifts to friends and family if you're overseas.

What if I'm unsatisfied with my order?

Arusha Fair Trade works with Paypal to process online transactions in the most safe & secure way possible.  Paypal is a leading payment security service provider and they take security very seriously. When you enter credit card information at our checkout, the information is being collected by PayPal and stored in their secure servers.  We do not retain or see any of your credit card information.

Encryption and Data Storage

 

Paypal automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers.

 

Your computer:

Once Arusha transfers you to the Paypal site they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In transit:

Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal servers:

Your personal information is stored on their servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, Paypal do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

  

Employee access

No individuals within Arusha have access to your cardholder data.  Paypal have strict rules regarding privacy which you can read about in the Paypal Privacy Policy
